The PCBA offers Apprentice level classes to members. Classes are held year-round before our General Meetings each month.  We follow the WASBA Beekeeping program and utilize The Beekeepers Handbook through WASBA. In addition to classroom training, you will also have the opportunity to receive hands-on experience with expert beekeepers in our Apiary from March – October. Apiary Days are weather dependent and we are working on a new schedule.
 
If you are looking for a deeper knowledge of beekeeping and are not pursuing an apprentice certificate or, you already have the beekeepers handbook, this is the class for you. This next phase of your beekeeping journey builds on the beginner class with more indepth information.
